Weekend Workshop Topics: In this workshop, Master Mantak Chia will provide an introduction to the fundamental techniques of the Healing Tao. He will teach and demonstrate Taoist techniques for healing and coping with emotions and stress. These techniques initiate a physical, emotional and spiritual process of harmonization while strengthening the vital force.

The subjects to be covered include: The Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds and Microcosmic Orbit, Cosmic Healing, Sexual Reflexology, and introductory Chi Nei Tsang. With the Inner Smile and Healing Sounds you will be introduced to the art of internal energy cultivation, giving you the ability to transform negative emotions within the body, resulting in greater mental clarity and lightness of heart. The opening of the Microcosmic Orbit frees your energy flow inside the body and is the first step toward a concrete spiritual evolution. Cosmic Healing is the art of absorbing and transmitting qi (the universal lifeforce) with the hands using Bone Marrow Washing, Earth & Heaven Channeling, Tiger Mouth and Open Index Finger techniques. Sexual Reflexology is based on the Taoist sexual points, and this method of acupressure has not only a great healing effect but also deepens intimacy. Finally, Chi Nei Tsang is one of the most profound therapeutic massage forms found in classical Chinese and Thai Medicine, and brief overview and introduction will be provided. This is a non-residential workshop, we do not provide food or lodging.

Four Day Advanced Intensive Topics: The Advanced Intensive requires having taken an introductory Healing Tao workshop, such as the preceding Weekend Workshop. In this program, Master Chia will begin with the Lesser Kan & Li meditations, which build an energetic Internal Steam Cauldron inside the body to reverse the Fire (Heart & Adrenals) and Water (Kidneys & Genitals) Energies and concentrates the Wood (Liver) Energy and Metal (Lungs) Energy into the Tan T'ien life energy repository. Using this method, the student will learn how to purify the organs, spinal cord, lymphatic & nervous systems, 12 channels and Crystal Room. These are the first steps in the highest levels of Taoist meditation and for the first time in North America will include a taste of Dark Room meditation techniques.

Additionally, Master Chia will teach advanced techniques in Chi Nei Tsang, which is an internal organ qi massage which helps release stress and promotes healing. This techniques directs massage over the navel and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate and congest, thus freeing and transforming them. Also, Master Chia will teach the theoretical foundation of Karsei Nei Tsang, the companion of the Chi Nei Tsang system, which can help release the blockages and sedimentation that cause poor blood flow so that men and women can regain healthy sexual function. This is a rare opportunity to learn about this powerful system of healing. He will complete the intensive with a comprehensive teaching of Supreme Inner Sexual Alchemy: Orgasmic Upward Draw, Sexual Energy Circulation, Connecting Deeply, Achieving Yin/Yang Balance. The techniques covered will provide you with the ability to self-clear your organs of physical toxins resulting in improved physiological functioning and greater health.
